I specialize in working with children and adolescents who may be navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem/self-image, emotional regulation, and changing family dynamics.I work with children to see patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that contribute to their worldview. I specifically utilize child centered Play Therapy which allows for a holistic and collaborative approach to healing and understanding the child. This also means including parents and teachers in the therapeutic process to ensure a cohesive growth experience.
