This first step can feel scary; prioritizing your own needs can feel selfish; growing and meeting new versions of yourself can feel inauthentic to who you have been; but, I am here to help you work through each of those feelings, and more, until you realize how deserving you are of a space that has been created just for you. However you're feeling, you are welcome here, and we will work together through all of the ups and downs that come your way. I like to use a client-centered approach to allow space for my clients to take the lead in their sessions. Then, I am able to utilize modalities from cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy, and solution-focused therapy to continue supporting my clients through their process. I specialize in life transitions, anxiety, general life stress, and more.
