I’m here to help you untangle the overwhelm and reconnect with your sense of self. My role isn't to “fix” you—it's to walk beside you as you heal, grow, and reclaim your life. I specialize in trauma recovery and am trained in EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I also work with individuals experiencing OCD, anxiety, panic, and depression, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as ERP, CBT, and ACT. I have advanced training in perinatal mental health and support clients through pregnancy and the postpartum period.
