You might be familiar with the weight of anxiety, the challenges of ADHD, or the relentless grip of negative thinking patterns and perfectionism. Navigating these issues can be especially challenging for children and their parents. We (my therapy dog and I) specialize in providing support for individuals of all ages grappling with anxiety and/or ADHD, as well as offering support for parents navigating these challenges within their homes to bring my clients more joy, peace, and confidence.
