I work with individuals who are carrying the weight of trauma, anxiety, or life transitions and are seeking a place to feel safe again. My experience includes supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, teens in residential treatment and transitioning out of residential treatment, and helping students manage stress, relationships, and emotions in the school setting. At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to helping clients feel supported, empowered, and reconnected to their own strength and hope.
