Taking the first step of reaching out to a therapist can feel daunting, so let's take this next step together. We all have times in our lives when things get overwhelming. If anxiety or OCD has become difficult to manage, or if you’re coping with grief/loss, these are the areas I feel passionate about working with. My primary goal as a therapist is to create a safe environment, rooted in curiosity, for clients to feel empowered and know they are not alone. I'm a firm believer that just as we care for our physical health, our mental health deserves the same attention.
