You may feel stuck or that you can’t catch your breath. You may be experiencing hurt, confusion, or intense sadness. Therapy is a space for you to feel seen, respected, and experience care. If you are my client, I aim for my office to be somewhere you can laugh, cry, and feel rested. Our stories are sacred and worthy to be shared, and it's a privilege I do not take lightly to hear the stories of others. My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, empathetic, and relaxed. My faith is integral to my life, and I would be happy to incorporate this into therapy. However, I believe everyone, regardless of faith background, deserves mental health care. I am more than comfortable meeting all people where they are.
