I love working with attachment and relationship issues, intersectionality, trauma, and grief issues. I believe therapy should be a safe and judgment-free space to support your healing journey. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and culturally inclusive. I specialize in grief and trauma-informed counseling. My focus areas are relationship violence, teen healthy relationships, grief, and trauma. My goal as a counselor is to assist you through a healing process that is centered on your needs, life experiences, personal growth, and individual goals. I am IFS-informed and EMDR trained.
