Life can be messy, stressful, and overwhelming. What happens to us is not always our option, how we respond to a situation is. You may feel like you’re being pulled in so many directions and that you’re not sure how you’re going to move forward. We all have the capacity for resilience, recovering from misfortune, and adjusting to change can be supported by talking through the feelings and circumstance(s), identifying strengths, strengthening coping skills, and identifying avenues of self-care that can contribute to your personal growth and life balance. I am honored to be a small part of the life journeys of the individuals that are exploring life’s possibilities. Individuals I have had the pleasure of working with have struggled with substance use, trauma, grief & loss, anxiety/depression and life adjustments.
