The therapeutic space is a place for you to share your life experiences/challenges and to guide you in navigating those challenges with my support. I will assist you with compassion, kindness, and openness. I believe in taking a collaborative approach with my clients that encourages them in discovering their authentic self, building self-worth, and feeling empowered. I utilize a variety of psychosocial interventions and modalities, including CBT, Compassion-focused therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy to best fit each individual’s needs.
