I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in perinatal mental health, traumatic birth, grief, medical secondary trauma, and caregiver fatigue. I love working with women experiencing infertility, stressed out mamas, and hospital employees who are experiencing burnout. I am passionate about taking care of caregivers by providing a gentle and supportive landing to put down the heaviness that we carry as helpers and empaths.
