Hi there! I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent adults, as well as those navigating personality disorders, complex trauma (CPTSD), and addiction recovery. My approach blends Internal Family Systems (IFS), a feminist and anti-capitalist framework, and somatic and mindfulness practices to help you reconnect with yourself and your body. I see therapy as a place to challenge internalized messages from capitalism and white supremacy that say your worth depends on productivity, perfectionism, or self-erasure. Instead, we work to cultivate rest, joy, and authentic self-expression as acts of healing.
