I offer individual therapy to children, adolescents, families, and adults who are looking to ease symptoms of anxiety and depression, improve relationships and communication, or who simply wish to live a more mindful and connected life. My treatment approach is rooted in the desire to help clients find a deeper understanding of their emotions, patterns of thinking, and other mental processes from a client-centered, strength-based treatment perspective. My goal as a therapist is to encourage each of my clients to develop a deeper awareness to promote positive change in a supportive space. View 4 Photos I have experience working with adolescents whose main struggle is social anxiety, and I believe that including the family in a child’s therapy journey is vital to their progress. I approach treatment from a multiculturally competent lens, and have experience working with the Muslim-American community. I consider myself an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community.
