I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with 12 years of experience in the mental health field. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and older adults, with a primary focus on early adolescence through adulthood. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, trauma, suicidal ideation, and substance use concerns.
