Welcome! I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and believe in the importance of providing a safe & nonjudgemental space where we can use humor and authentic connection to work together! My clinical focus is working with health care workers, first responders and other frontline workers to help them navigate the complexities of their personal and professional selves. I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, challenging family dynamics, general overwhelm, stress and life transitions in their personal, professional and family lives.
