When you look at your child, you see a funny, smart, talented, and amazing kid - If only they could see that for themselves. Clients often come to me feeling lost, stuck, lonely, and overwhelmed. They are bright, strong-minded, and resilient. Yet somehow, life keeps managing to knock them down. I work with teens and young adults to help them take steps to start feeling like themself again and get on the right path to creating a rich and meaningful life.
