As a NY and NJ Licensed Master’s Social Worker, I have experience working with adults of all ages in individual and group settings, with a primary focus on trauma and complex trauma. I support clients impacted by PTSD, anxiety, and depression, including survivors of interpersonal and gender-based violence, childhood abuse, and displacement-related trauma. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and client-centered. I draw from CBT, mindfulness, and relational approaches, with attention to how trauma lives in both thoughts and the body.
