Thank you for considering therapy. This is a brave step, and it’s natural to have mixed feelings about the process. Many of my clients have experienced trauma, whether from a single event or a series of experiences that continue to affect their daily lives. Others are navigating complex emotions, identity questions, or patterns they want to shift. I am passionate about working with trauma survivors, and I realize that each survivor's experience is unique.
