I'm a secular therapist, currently seeing individuals only- I prefer to take things slow, so rapport and genuine connection can be built. I don't have all the answers or a magic wand, and you're not a toaster that needs to be fixed. But life is hard as hell, and having someone you can count on every week to provide clinical guidance, empathy, and a safe space to process definitely makes it a little easier to keep going.
