Hello! I help empower those struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship and self-worth issues, life transitions, & trauma using a variety of cognitive therapies. I'm bilingual and come from a refugee/immigrant background that can provide compassionate, nonjudgmental, and collaborative approaches to help you feel seen and heard wherever you are in your journey. You are welcome to show up ready and be who you are. I like to provide psychoeducation and name the things you're going through so that it's less scary and confusing. I give you control and responsibility over your situation. Through warmth, space, validation, and gentle challenging, you can walk away feeling confident about our collaboration, and just uncomfortable enough to make changes in your life.
