Since 2018, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside adults, children, teens, and families as they navigate life’s twists, turns, and growing pains. What started with supporting at-promise youth through Indiana’s Wraparound program grew into a full-time passion for helping people of all ages find clarity, confidence, and connection. My approach is hands-on, creative, and collaborative. Whether we’re untangling anxious thoughts, rebuilding family communication, or exploring identity and self-worth, I’ll meet you where you are; with humor, honesty, and genuine care.
