Rooted in lineages of mixing and surviving, it honors the stories en tu sangre, of migration, queerness, assimilation, and becoming. With individuals, couples, families, and groups, we tend the wounds of systems and relationships, and help you reconnect to body and reclaim rhythm, moving from survival to radiance. Fuerza Curative bridges trauma-focused somatic therapy and energy and spirit work. IFS, Buddhist & Liberation Psychology, and evidence-based approaches also guide the journey. Together, we move away from carceral ideas of emotional "regulation" toward an embodied relationship with the nervous system, revealing choice, agency, and freedom in how we meet life.
