I am an empathetic, non-judgmental therapist who strives to help my clients better their lives through self-actualization and through the power of the therapeutic relationship. I work closely with my clients to help them gain personal insight and process old wounds, as well as recognize and address maladaptive patterns and behaviors. The humanistic and Rogerian approach I work within informs how I meet my clients’ needs: with compassion, non-judgmental support, authenticity and dedication.
