With a master’s degree and 25 years of marriage, I've navigated merging two cultures, military life, and raising kids into adulthood. I hope to use my knowledge and experiences to help you as an individual, couple, or family, as you learn tools for better communication, conflict resolution, decreased anxiety, life-skills and connection building. I begin counseling with the question, "what makes you, you?" Understanding where we come from and how that influences our relationships is essential. Together, we will work towards your individualized goals to provide you with the tools to flourish on your own.
