Hey there! I'm Kedene and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Florida. You may have been trying to sort through things that you can’t seem to figure out on your own, when realistically, you’re not meant to. We are built for connection and there is no need to tackle this journey on your own! I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for individuals and couples - specializing in life transitions, body image concerns, self-esteem, developing and maintaining healthy boundaries and relationships with self and with others.
