I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in a variety of settings. I specialize in interventions such as individual counseling, family counseling and group work. I have extensive experience with Grief and Loss work, geriatric care and community re-integration. I subscribe to the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for depression, anxiety and adjustments to life transition. I practice from a Multi-Cultural- Perspective; I have both a personal and professional knowledge of the impact of expatriation on each member of the family and can provide support to those who face the challenge of adapting to a new culture.
