I understand that individuals need a safe space to share and discuss the issues that they face, whether it be life stressors or relationship problems. As a therapist, I encourage authenticity, so that we can work together to explore and create the best solutions. I work with adolescents to middle adult clients who are dealing with grief/loss, anxiety, adjustment issues, and trauma-stressor related issues. I offer an empathic environment so that one feels seen, heard, and supported throughout the counseling journey.
