My approach to therapy is described as empathetic, warm, engaging and collaborative. I am passionate about helping people build connections, gain awareness and be as genuine as they can be. There is a believe that you are the expert on yourself and my hope is to help provide different perspectives and skills using approaches such as, CBT, Solution Focused and Relational Therapy in an effort to grow that expertise. My goal is to provide a space where you can explore what is most important to you in working towards a raised self awareness while working on goals directed towards you being able to navigate your best sense of self.
