I create a warm, laid-back space where you can share openly without fear of judgment. I’ll listen, support you, and call you out with love when it’s needed, because real growth happens when we feel both safe and challenged. My goal is to help you release guilt and shame, build lasting confidence, and feel more at ease in your own skin so you can step fully into life as your best self. Therapy with me is laid-back, supportive, and real. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, confidence issues, and life changes. I use mindfulness, CBT, and a person-centered approach to help you feel understood, build confidence, and move toward living as your most authentic self.
