I specialize in grief and loss transitions. Talking about your grief can be hard, regardless of the loss or closeness that you may or may not have had with your loved one. Everyone feels and expresses their grief in different ways, especially children. The loss of loved one, such as a caregiver, is a journey that lasts throughout life and can resurface in different ways and at different times.
