Does every task no matter how small feel like a huge struggle? Most people have moments like that. But if those moments feel like they’re taking over your life I’m here for you. I work with individuals and families – whether you’re trying to find your place in the world, struggling with self-esteem, or need help to get through hurt and confusion, I can provide education to help people find where they belong in the community and guidance to rebuild self-esteem. My extensive therapeutic and life experience helps me create a safe, judgement-free zone. As a queer neurodivergent person myself, I know how difficult and confusing it can be to figure out where you fit into the world. I can help you navigate that journey and offer a place to feel safe and heard, to explore ideas you have and what you want your life to be.
