I work with both children, and adults, as well as couples. In the past I have worked with children with autism spectrum disorder, and adults with substance use disorders. I can help with behavioral changes, managing symptoms related to anxiety, and depression as well as many other mental health disorders. I like to use a non-judgmental and open-minded approach to therapy. I incorporate trauma-informed care into all of my sessions. I can help you identify changes that you would like to make in your life and in your mood. My goal in therapy is to help you accomplish your goals. I can help you work through your emotions, build skills to manage uncomfortable emotions, and improve your overall sense of well being. I can help in behavioral changes, building social skills, and building skills for improving interpersonal relationships. I will meet you were you are and focus on the goals that you have for yourself.
