I believe relational support plays a central role in individual healing. The diversity of our human experiences is vast, yet our need for feeling seen, heard, and understood in deep ways is shared. I believe our inner world deserves care and attention. I am passionate about supporting those who are struggling with pain. I feel called to support people through pain in its many forms—psychological, physical, and spiritual—especially during times of anxiety, grief, illness, big transitions, or questions about meaning. With a background in both child care and caregiving, I welcome clients across the lifespan.
