My approach to counseling is collaborative, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. I strive to empower you to recognize and draw on your strengths as you move through feelings of sadness, anxiety, and fear. I especially enjoy working with individuals navigating life transitions—whether that’s high school, college, adulthood, or parenthood. At the heart of my work is helping young people and new parents restore a sense of healing, peace, and balance in their lives as they move through life’s changes. I am licensed in both California and Hawaii, allowing me to see clients from either state via telehealth. I also offer in-person sessions on a limited basis. My goal is to help you process and make sense of life’s challenges and past experiences, supporting you on your journey toward greater healing and wholeness.
