Hello, I am Keely! I have experience with teenagers and young adults in both long term and short term therapy. Many of my clients come in dealing with negative self thoughts related to anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, or life transitions. I find it helpful to be a source of reassurance and sometimes, the voice within my client's head that everything is going to be okay!
