I am a caring and skilled clinical psychologist deeply passionate about providing care to individuals from various backgrounds. With a Psy.D from Nova Southeastern University, I utilize evidence-based treatments to provide personalized support. I completed an APA-accredited internship and fellowship aWITH Oschner Medical Center in New Orleans, LA and Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL respectively. My approach is grounded in compassion, drawing from therapeutic modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I also have specialized training in Prolonged Exposure (PE) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for addressing trauma.
