I have spent over 10 years of experience working with adults, children and couples seeking help with depression, relationship issues, anxiety and major life stressors. I received my Bachelor of Science in Social Work from The University of Alabama at Birmingham and received Master of Science in Social Work from The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Al. I utilize relational, collaborative, strength based, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness based, solution focused and emotionally focused approaches to therapy always.
