I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 9 years of experience working as a clinical social worker. I am also a registered art therapist (ATR). I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, family conflicts, domestic violence, military trauma, caregiver-fatigue, and loss and grief. I am eclectic in therapeutic modalities, but my core principle is grounded in psychodynamic and insight-oriented therapy. I believe that clients are the experts of their lives, and my role in therapy is to be their ally and assistant.
