I’m committed to working with adolescents, adults and LGBTQ+ who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationships, and anger management. Using CBT, DBT and Reality therapy, we will work together to find techniques and solutions that are best for you. A counseling session with me feels safe, supportive, and real. Im caring and empathetic, focused on truly understanding what your going thru. While we do serious work together, I believe therapy can also have moments of laughter and lightness, because its a part of healing process too.
