In our current society talking about mental health issues has become more acceptable. However, that does not take away from the difficulty of seeking help and breaking free of old patterns of thinking. If you are reading this, it means you are ready to take action. I am experienced in helping my clients break out of an array of maladaptive behaviors and challenges brought to them by life, family trauma, and societal pressure. My goal as a therapist is to provide a supportive and engaging environment where we will create together new coping tools to deal with life's challenges.
