As an experienced Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I enjoy working with youth, adolescents, young adults, couples and Families. Throughout my experience, I have successfully worked with individuals, couples and families to gain insight and understanding regarding unhealthy/dysfunctional behavioral life patterns, processing trauma, navigating depression, anxiety and OCD behaviors and helping clients to overcome their struggles and better manage their responses to life stressors. My passion for helping others and understanding their unique struggles is a vital component of effective counseling.
