I support clients in overcoming performance anxiety, setting goals, building mental resilience, enhancing self-confidence, and achieving work-life balance. I use techniques like visualization, relaxation, breathing exercises, and positive self-talk to enhance daily life. In our sessions, clients will find a safe, nonjudgmental space to address whatever is on their minds. I have three big dogs and enjoy spending time outdoors. I believe therapy is beneficial for everyone and that it's never the wrong time to start talking to someone. We can keep our conversations casual or dive deeper into your thoughts and experiences.
