I enjoy working with adults, couples, older teens (16 yrs +) and families, who are seeking new perspectives and ways to manage life and relationships. I want to meet you where you are and build a genuine connection that helps move you closer to your goals. I work primarily with those who are looking to work through anxiety, stress, grief and loss, family conflicts, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem navigation, coping skills, challenges with communication, depression, substance misuse, and other concerns. I don’t believe in putting people in boxes; therefore, I use an eclectic approach and meet my clients in a nonjudgmental space. By gaining a better grasp of who they are and recognizing their skills and qualities; I help clients understand how they feel about themselves, their emotions, and relationships in a way that improves their lives.
