Unfortunately, painful events in life are inevitable. The good thing is that suffering from these events can be optional. Helping people to build or rebuild a life with a new "normal" through these difficult times is something I have enjoyed doing for almost 25 years. I have had the privilege of working with people by addressing a variety of issues including substance abuse and other addictions, co-occurring disorders, trauma, depression, anxiety, relationships, divorce, unresolved grief, co-dependency, and anger management to name a few.
