I believe that our greatest struggles can prove to be our most important teachers, and invitations to connect to our higher selves. Changing our long standing patterns and holding space of our deepest pain can feel daunting and scary to confront on our own. Yet, with support and guidance, you will find change is possible, and there is hope. As your therapist I will support you in creating new ways of coping with emotional pain that are more life-affirming and lasting. We will work toward creating more accurate beliefs about yourself and healing the root traumas that are keeping you stuck- fostering a renewed and loving relationship with self and access to your sources of resilience.
