I work to help people navigating through life's challenges and seeking a path to a more fulfilling, balanced, and vibrant life. They might be dealing with issues like depression, anxiety, stress, adjustment problems, performance issues at work or in sports, or simply the "blahs" that make each day feel like a struggle. I work with clients to find relief from their emotional burdens as they find a path that improves their overall well-being, enhances their performance in various aspects of life, and find sustainable ways to manage stress and emotional turbulence. In our first session we will spend time really understanding the history and causes of the issues you'd like to work on. We will work together to build a treatment path forward.
