Life can feel overwhelming—big transitions, anxiety, or feeling stuck. I help people who want clarity, healing, and practical tools. I work especially well with veterans adjusting to civilian life, neurodivergent clients (ADHD/Autism), and teens/preteens navigating school stress and identity. As a veteran and former school social worker, I understand high-stress transitions and school pressures. I also utilize gaming and other creative tasks to accomplish therapeutic goals and keep clients engaged - because well, therapy doesn't have to be boring!
