Well, we’ve made it through the holidays! Now that life is going back to “normal”, we often feel like we’re not quite ready for that. The way we do holidays, we likely didn’t get the rest we need, let alone time to take stock of our lives and recalibrate ourselves. Modern life is demanding and the digital world we are immersed in keeps us always distracted and isolated. Meanwhile something says “Wait a minute. Something’s missing.” We want to have a more meaningful and peaceful life, but that seems hard to find among the relentless demands of life. It's OK to get off of the hamster wheel and breathe.
