Whether you come looking for new skills or perspective, for help making meaning or finding purpose, for help restoring a relationship, or just an ear to listen - I would love to walk with you. My desire is to provide therapy that focuses on the whole person - mind, body, and spirit - by collaborating with you in a safe and nonjudgmental way to create goals that promote health, growth, and autonomy. We may do this by exploring your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and looking for ways to overcome old patterns. With children the process often involves play and finding safety in adult relationships.
