If you are interested in my services you will now be put on a waitlist, but I am not available for new clients at this time except for referrals to my Couples Groups and the ADHD Group. I am a couples therapist and use the Couples Therapy Assistant (CTA) app with my clients to help them get more benefit from my services between therapy sessions. I have 40 years experience as a mental health professional, including 30 years with Orange County Department of Mental Health. I have Master's degrees from Penn State University and the State University of New York at Albany. I help with communication and conflict issues of couples, who have the benefit of using the CTA app between sessions. I also help separated parents regarding custody and parenting, including communication with the other parent, positive parent-child relationships, and co-parenting approaches that will be in the best interests of their children.
